Chatel's Vision: A Cheetah Princess story is a sequel to The Cheetah Princess, and this was as good as the first book. There were times I thought I knew what was coming, but no, the author kept surprising me with twists and turns and kept me wondering just how this would end. If you enjoy a book that makes you feel good when it ends, this is a book for you.Product details

Chatel Vision A Cheetah Princess Story eBook Glenn McCorkhill Joan Conning Afman Reviews
great fantasy read!!
This is a great fantasy read. I haven't read books like this one in a long while so, for me it made for a refreshing change.
I loved the characters of Dsanna and Chatel. They are very strong-willed women who fight for what they believe in and will do whatever it takes to protect the people they love.
I really enjoyed the writing style - old fashioned and regal. I can picture this book as a TV drama series with a collection of regal characters, kings, queens and their loyal animal friends.
I loved the Cheetah's in this story. They were portrayed exceptionally well and certainly helped to bring out the fantasy element of the plot.
I was gripped from the start, I didn't want the story to end. There is definitely room for a continuation of this story. There is so much more of Chatel that I would love to explore and also maybe the Cheetah's could have their own story where readers could learn where they fit into the story - their roles, where they came from etc.
A great read!! I'm looking forward to more from this author.
Highly recommend!
A great fantasy read, full of twists and turns and surprises around every turn. I was totally engrossed in the story from the outset.
This book is part of a series (Book 2), however I read this without reading book 1 so this could easily be a standalone.
Very enjoyable!!!
The young man who shows up at Chatel’s door isn’t exactly the prince she’s always dreamed of.
Chatel desperately wants to be rescued from the dull life she leads on her family’s farm. When a rich young man shows up, she hopes her fantasies are about to come true. Unfortunately, the man isn’t who he seems. Chatel and Teekay, her pet cheetah, sense something isn’t right and it isn’t long before Chatel finds herself caught up in a royal struggle for power, one that could cost Chatel her life.
I really like the premise of Chatel’s Vision. The world the authors have created is vivid, realistic, and easy to imagine. However, I don’t feel that I got to know any of the characters very well. The story is told from several characters’ viewpoints. The transitions are smooth and never confusing, but the characters are not as rounded as they could have been. Most of the characters, except the villain of course, are likable, but they never truly came to life in my mind.
Chatel is a sweet, brave young woman, and I was pleased when she met a young man worthy of her affections. However, their romance is rushed, and they become serious extremely fast without knowing much about each other. I just feel that it was wrapped up much too quickly. Despite my issues with the human characters, I absolutely love the cheetahs, Kiboli and Teekay. In fact, they are my favorite characters. I found myself laughing at their antics and holding my breath when they were in danger. Kiboli and Teekay’s families are lucky to have such loyal friends watching over them.
Chatel’s Vision is an enjoyable read. It is part of a series, but I believe it stands on its own very well. Mr. McCorkhill and Ms. Afman have provided enough background information that I never felt lost. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, fun book.

Chatel's Vision is a great sequel for anyone who enjoyed The Cheetah Princess. There was more character development, allowing the reader a little more time with some of her favorite characters, as well as a few new ones. I enjoyed the expansion of the Futurah universe to include new cities and lands. The plot has plentiful twists and turns to keep you engrossed - just when you think there's no way out, a clever solution is found, and just when you think everything is perfectly resolved, another surprise awaits! .It was definitely an enjoyable addition to the Cheetah Princess story.
